Very bad first experience. Damaged my car and try to tell me that my car came in damaged. And than more lyes. I really like to talk to the owner or the manager if possible.

My Ridgeline looks great after Hendrick Collision repaired it. They even detailed it, so it hasn’t looked this good since I originally took delivery of it when it was brand new. I can’t say enough good things about Hunter. He kept me apprised of the progress being made from start to finish, and he even called me after I got home to make sure I was completely satisfied. He is a valuable asset to Hendrick Collision. I hope I don’t have to come back again, but if I do, I will know that my vehicle is in very capable hands. Thank you!

My Honda Odyssey was damaged while it was parked at my daughters house in Charlotte. After AAA towed it to them, Hendrick Collision could not have been more helpful! They also finished my repairs sooner than they promised they would! I received several courtesy and updating phones calls. I highly recommend them and will definitely trust them with any future Honda repairs!
