From the first moment that I walked into your collision center, I was welcomed and within minuets your claims adjustor greeted me. He was very kind and explained the whole process to me. Weeks later, after I received the other persons Insurance check, I left my car with your shop. Jeremy, my claims adjustor, keep me informed every day. Communition is so important, and Jeremy exceeded my expectations. Your shuttle service was such a blessing, and both Alan and Dan were so fun to be with.The repairs and body work,were excellent.

Everyone made the entire process easy and continually kept me updated. When I received my car they had detailed the entire thing inside and out and even replaced a taillight that was out. The paint job they did was flawless. Thanks Jeff Gordon Chevrolet for such a great experience!

I have a Jeep and my daughter has a Toyota and unfortunately we have had to use your body shop services 3 times now and have been very satisfied every time. I do hope I don't have to come back but if I have any other fender benders in the future no matter how much damage or type of vehicle I have it will come to Jeff Gordon Cheverolet. I have worked with Dendi each time and she is Awesome!
