took longer than anticipated due to trying to repair instead of reaplace the bumper. There was a lot of attitude towards me as if I was the cause of the delay. Poor communication when it came time to pick up my vehicle. Got a text that said my vehicle was ready, got there and had to wait an hour before getting my keys. Not satisfied at all.

Thanks everyone for your help and courtesy. I have never had a car crash, in my 16 years in the USA. It was something entirely new to me. Hendrick, and Enterprise, along with Geico, made the situation pretty chill. Thanks Kevin and Team! It's great to have my car back like new.
