I had a tiny chip in my paint and when they ruturned my car is way bigger and you can see where it was scratched at. It’s so noticeable now.

Picked up car drove it home - wife got in but could not adjust automatic\electrical seat adjustment. There for could not drive the car. Found disconnected electrical connection - a plug. Connected wires and seat adjustments functioned. Making connection under front seat was not easy

There is two spots on the bumper piece that are bumped up that I showed to the lady helping us before we drove the truck off the lot. She said let the warm weather come and see if it settles and then we will decide what to do. Other then that everything looks great.

This is our second car to be repaired at Hendrick. An outstanding job was done on both cars. Along with that the care team members were excellent , friendly and caring. The paint job was not done correctly some places did not even get painted there are skid marks from a grinder that you can see and the inside door panel and back seat had black smears on it the floor also not happy!!!!pay 1400.00 cash for work not happy

I was told the car would be detailed or at least cleaned by my geico representative. It was not. Also the remote start function is not working.

Everyone did an amazing job! My car looked as good as new and I was kept in the loop the whole time. The staff was also amazing and worked with the insurance company to advocate for me. Overall, very efficient, professional, and a job well done!
