Service is designed to minimize contact with clients (?in order to speed up service). Matter of fact treatment is not appreciated. No phone calls allowed with service representative. Only brief ambiguous texts. Reminds me of the US ARMY.

Jeremy was great. He kept me updated on what was going on with my car. He really worked with me on the time frame to get the work completed, as I planned to go out of town. I so appreciate that. as it was an important trip. Meant a lot to me.

My car looks like it is brand new You would never know it was in an accident. I requested that the repair be done in a short period of time. When I dropped the car off they couldn’t guarantee it. I was so happy when they called me and had finished early All of the people I dealt with treated me with kindness, respect and courtesy. I will recommend you to anyone who needs your service. I was completely satisfied with the body work but I was not happy getting back a car with dust and footprints on the inside. I keep an immaculate Tahoe, as I have kept all my previously owned Chevy’s I purchased from Mac. While this was not a major complaint it was disappointing as I have always gotten by vehicles returned spotless.
