Sliding door which was worked on is intermittently sticking / hanging up. Called representative and they asked us to just drop by and they’d take a look at it.

The employees were great to work with, very efficient and helpful. The shop did a good job on the body repairs and painting and the right side of the car looks great! They even cleaned the whole car and the interior. Job was done well and within the estimated turnaround time. I'd definitely recommend you to others.

My SUV was given back to me with scratches on my dashboard. There were no scratches whatsoever on my dash when I left my SUV in the care of Hendricks Collision shop as it is a brand new truck. I am not happy.

Both of my cars were repaired recently at RHC and they came out of the repairs looking like new. Ashley is awesome. She made the repairs on both cars a smooth process. I will use RHC in the future if I have any more accidents. Hopefully that won't be the case.

Aesthetically, the truck looked beautiful! I was more than impressed with the repair. However, two days after picking up the truck, the A/C stopped working, the check engine light came on, and the truck started overheating. We had it towed to your service center last Friday (8 days ago) and I haven’t heard a peep from our advisor, ****. I’ve called him twice and he’s given no update. This issue COULD be a coincidence but I highly doubt it.

At this point, there isn’t a way to satisfy us so no need to call. This entire process was long and drawn out. We had to keep reaching out for updates and fighting to get someone to pay for our extended rental. I called to speak with a manager and never received calls back until we called the customer care line to file a complaint. It was a huge inconvenience
