My car was repaired well. I was told Friday PM m PM my car was being washed.....untrue. The trunk is filthy and I will be cleaning this weeken. Car repairs are great.

I was very thankful for Kim calling and leaving detailed voicemails when updating me on the progress of my repairs. As for the service,we are very pleased. The staff was very helpful and courteous. My only complaint is the communication gap which I feel can be improved. Communication in the sense of keeping the customer informed of changes I was told on more than one time that my car would be ready at a certain time. I checked about an hour before returning for the vehicle and was told that it was a misunderstanding, and other times that it epuldn’t be ready untintil another day or after the weekend. I aware that things happen, but O should not have had to call an hour before pick-up to find out that I would not be picking that day.
