I was promised a rental car would be waiting when I dropped my car off. A collision center staff member had to drive me to pick up rental car. Had to wait outside in heat for a rental car. I was 2 ****/2 hours late for work. Picked up car and the part being replaced was still loose and had to take car back. Said that oversight clip was stripped had to be replaced and part was being ordered. Paint around tire scraped again after being painted.?? Have not heard back from collision center regarding finishing repair???

People were friendly and professional. The car was washed, the lid closes well, except for some scratches. My wife noticed them when I got home the day I picked up the car. There is a black smudge/scratch and some scratches below that, on the new lid and new bumper. I did not have time to deal with it, so I have not called.
