The process was seamless. Kristen was amazing and she kept me posted on the progress of my car and it was ready when stated. I will use Earnhardt collision again in the future (but hopefully I won't have to).

I appreciate that quality of the customer service. Made the whole experience far better than I was anticipating. The speed of the service was awesome as well! My only complaint is that there was a cup let in my car when I picked it up. No big deal especially considering how good the service was but a minor detail that shouldn't be over looked. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

I called and left a message about my fog lamp bezel one fell out nobody has called me back also missing a clip for tire well passenger side the side that was replaced
