From beginning to end my experience with dealer Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet collision center was terrible. The guy from Geico and enterprise were just fine, however your staff at the front desk at the collision center as well as your estimator, even your manager had no appreciation for proper customer service. Unfortunately I'm quite sure your company doesn't value their customers.

I hate to seem like a **** but one month ago half the car.. the drivers side was fully repainted by capital city collision the paint match was flawless with the rest of the car but the rear bumper that was repainted in this repair is not an off-white metallic at all ..but an icicle Bright white it's not even close multiple shades brighter making the rest of the body panels look like they are yellowed white ..rear bumper actually looks like it's painted with the wrong paint code of white metallic

The employees were very professional and knowledgeable. When I talked with the employee and viewed the repairs that had been completed, I was amazed! Also, the team went the extra mile and detailed my car inside and out????. My car shined as if it was taken from the showrooms. Thank you Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet team for a job well done.
