Staff provided complete information at the beginning. Keep me informed. Gave me an estimate of 9 days but completed the repair in 5 days--about half the estimated time. And best of all the repair was so well done that it the vehicle looked as if it had never been damaged. I don't think it is possible to have done it any better. Thanks to each person who made this happen.

The service at dale earnhardt was excellent. Only person that gave me any grief was a geico representative but even that was slight. My car looks perfect and I'm very happy with the work so far.

I had to call o get updates. I still have issues to complete my service. At least 2 items outstanding. My truck was not cleaned inside as promised. the body work looks great but the final out the door experience did not meet my expectations.

This was the first time I have ever experience someone hitting my car and knowing that these situations are stressful with informing your car insurance, repair shops, rental car companies, you guys have made this process and or experience very easy. I was very thankful and relieved on how well I was taken care of as well as receiving the upmost respect from you and your employees. I want to especially thank Mrs. Dawn (I believe is her name) at the collision center who personally went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of. She even went as far as driving me herself to enterprise where I would receive a rental car. Thank you for all you've done. Hopefully my car won't get hit anytime soon, but if it does I at least know who to count on to make that process an easy transition. Thank you.
