You guys exceeded my expectations. I brought my vehicle in for the initial estimate with the Geico adjuster and the collision center got me in the next day, set up my rental reservation and kept me informed every step of the way. What really glew my mind was at pick-up. They had my car washed and vacuumed out. I never expected that. Y’all really “wowed” me. Thank you Dale Earnhardt Jr Collision Center Staff.

Car battery was dead when vehicle was picked up. They jumped it off and said it was kk, but next morning when going to work, it wouldn't start again. Never had an issue with battery before I took it here.

My car took several weeks to fix. When I went to collect it the hatch was badly misaligned and there were other issues. I got it back today and discovered the weather stripping on one side was barely attached and the roof liner trim is loose. The car will go back tomorrow. The people are nice but I am not happy with the service
