The damage on the lift gate to my durango was not repaired to the proper extent, if at all. When I picked up the car, the damage (though small) was clearly still scratched and rough. They offered to "touch it up" which I let them do - twice because the first time still did not fix the exposed metal. Not wanting to drag this out with 2 kids at 5pm, I trusted what was done was proper. When I got home it was already rough again with some of the "touch up" substance transfered onto the bumper. I see now that my Geico estimate only called for refinishing the lift gate while another estimate I had done called for a more laborious repair. I know in the grand scheme this is small damage, but it's disappointing that it was clearly ignored and I'm left to awkwardly accept that my repair was not 100%, take my keys and leave.
