I recently submitted a satisfaction survey, however I will again state my satisfaction. I was greeted pleasantly and was given explicit directions on the procedures to follow. Mrs Pam was very professional and assisted me with important directives to follow. The service staff appeared to have taken care of the car during the repair process. Overall , I was very satisfied and Mrs Pam after delivering the vehicle, followed up with me to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Thanks Dr. Thelma J. Metcalf

Everyone in the office is great! The body shop techs do a great job and fixed what GM let roll out for sell that honestly shouldn’t have passed quality inspection. Very pleased with everyone and the work done.

They were very professional and did an awesome job! I would highly recommend them. Tim the service writer was very good with answering my questions. Tiffany and the other young lady up front were very nice and very helpful as well. I think anyone who brings their vehicles would be very satisfied with Dale Earnhardt Jr Collision Center.

Some of my lights where not working when in I got my truck back. I was told to bring it back by but I can't just be missing work. Also my back door edge is rough. And also the inside of my truck was covered with what I think was paint dust. So I had detail my truck and my truck was cleaned and detailed before I dropped my truck off.
