We have been having problems with the car since we received it back. It will not start half of the time. We got notifications on the dashboard about a transmission issue. We have called the Cary Collision Center several times, spoke to the receptionist and left messages to Roland and the manager. Several times. Close to two weeks now and there never called us back. They also never pick up their phone. We are looking to escalate at this point.

Hendricks went the second mile in repairing my beloved Range Rover. The paint appears to be a perfect match and you would never know that I had been in a fender-bender. The replacement wheel had not come in from the UK and that will be changed out at a future date. Request Hendricks notify me when the wheel comes in. Jason S. was my repair manager and was superb.
