Tho the repairs to my car were quick there was damage dobe to the roof of my vehicle. Paint was chipped(the size of a half dollar) off of the roof of my car.

Receptionist was Very professional and knowledgeable in answer in our questions.! Nick Fridley was also very knowledgeable with options re the rim and honest about what he would try first without replacing it. Would highly recommemd this place of service and will use them again if needed. Appreciate the prompt turnaround in fixing the car.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great quality repair, convenience of a rental car company on-site, USAA and BMW certified, what's not to love. Best part was the proactive update phone calls so I never had to wonder what the status was. Best collision repair experience ever.

I noticed that one of my tires is missing the emblem, but I am too frustrated with the situation to even bring the car back. I am sure I will just be treated like a second class citizen or liar anyways.

this is the second survey sent to me. i think there may be a disconnect between the firm that you employ to track and communicate progress of repair and Hendrick Collision. Timeline: brought vehicle into Hendrick Durham on May 12. On May 13 was contacted by Hendrick Collision that damage was reviewed, cost estimate made and estimated completion 28 May. approved. Your shop was successful in getting all parts immediately and repair was actually completed May 19, and i picked it up that day. Outstanding service!!! However your tracking service continued to send emails to me advising that work on car was continuing even after delivery. as late as May 24, i received an email that the work was near completion. Look, that is minor stuff. You guys did a great job on the car, but i believe improvement can be made in the system so that your communication tool (which i liked) was date-aligned with the actual work done. should be an improvement. thanks again and best wishes.
