The collision team broke a window during my repair and left broken glass embedded in my seat and in my trunk. I was not informed about this, and I cut myself on the broken glass while trying to raise and lower the rear passenger seat after the repair was completed. The team also replaced the broken window with a defective part and I’m currently waiting to be contacted to have it replaced again.

we has are car repair at Hendrick collision they was hold my car for **** month, i have been contact the Representative for 40 time with phone call i was leave a lot of message but never have a return phone call, even the time i was go there pick my car no one to give me a information how the car was done or how they do the work

We brought our car in only for it to sit as parts were waiting to be delivered. Communication on status of the vehicle, what was causing delays, when we could pick the car up, etc wasn't the best.
