Nick Fridley kept me well-informed throughout the process. Even though it took quite awhile to get all the parts needed, I am confident that they expedited the process as much as possible while still making sure the job was done right. The technician even stayed late on a Thursday night to finish up the job to allow me to pick up the vehicle on a Friday early afternoon before I had to go to work. I appreciate the efforts of Nick and his team, and the car looks and drives as good as new!

Communications from the carwise application in regards to readiness of my car were not accurate. Those seemed to be based on the end date of my repair versus real time, I appreciated Scott providing me with his mobile number and had ability to text him directly. Those updates were much more accurate.

Well they repaired my windshield wiper tank but did not put any liquid in it so i had to buy my own liquid to even test how it was working. He didn't tell me what was done to the car or anything very disappointing.
