From scheduling to pick-up, the customer service was great. Since I didn't have coverage for a rental car, you were able to complete the work much faster than expected and exceeded my expectations with the quality of work that was done. Totally thrilled w/ the results! Liked getting the email updates that kept me in the loop on the progress. Katie was wonderful keeping me updated as well. Kudos Hendrick Collision!!!

I was inform that I have two brand new doors , but my passenger door had a crack speaker before the door was replaced it’s still cracked so the doors can’t be new

Appreciated timely updates. Only thing that could have been better is that though the front desk recommended the "in house" car rental, they did not make a reservation for me and I ended up with the only thing left...a minivan.
