Was not informed of additional damage found on the vehicle near site of damage from accident. Could have saved me a lot of headache by asking about it and just doing it while the vehicle was still in the shop and I had the rental.

the car was delivered to me with a check engine light on. I have been forced to take this to BMW so they can figure out why the engine light is still on. If you deliver a vehicle like that how do I know everything else was taken care of properly? I have notified USAA of this and I hope they dissolve this partnership.

My car is dirtier when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. There is shop and paint dust all over my car. There was zero real attempt to QA and inspect my car for quality prior to release. It also smells like paint or paint thinner inside of my car. This is completely unacceptable.

Everyone I dealt with were very friendly, professional and most of all, efficient. I never expected my car to be completed in 4 days - I was highly impressed all work was completed so quickly, even with unexpected repairs. Also, I was informed every step of the way, which I much appreciated. Excellent service!

Only have a couple issues ****. Noticed one of the panels on the lift gate is not installed properly. Will schedule a time to get it corrected 2. The car smelled like body filler when i picked it up and for a couple days after. It was so strong i had to keep the windows down.
