Car was kept 2 extra days beyond promised repair completion but trunk not working properly and I find the trump sensor is still going off. I am going Rto need to return very shortly to have the job assessed. I discovered this upon pickup yesterday and believe the fix may require a little more than described.

Really appreciate working around our travel schedule - original appointment was mid-week while both my wife and I were out of town. We dropped the car off early, you took care of it before the scheduled appointment and had it fixed that same week. At the end of this, we were only carless for ~4 hours, and got our car back as good as new (well, the repaired parts are good as new).

The hatch lid is not closing like it should . I'm having to slam it shut andwhen opening it it is still grinding on the lock assembly. This was one of my main concerne with it when I first dropped it off. I did tell them it was my concern.
