The only thing I am not satisfied with is GEICO told me I would have to pay 100 deducted and you guys said 500. We will clear it up tomorrow.

everyone was wonderful. My one request would be to take note of with whom you are dealing (the husband or the wife). While I was the person standing infant of the counter, and my personal contact information was the phone number and name that was given, it was my husband who was continuously contacted. Even here, while this is my email, it refers to Captain Clark; that's my husband. while i understand that acknowledgment of my existence is determined through my husband as far as the military is concerned, it was disheartening to have this extended to civilian companies like the collision center as well; especially when I provided alternative contact information in person. i'm sure they were just using the information provided to them from the insurance company (which is military), so i get it. but maybe a note at the top of the file with the name and relationship of the person you actually doing business with? Thank you! you were wonderful besides!
