It was not ready on 3/23 when I was told it would be ready. I had to pay an additional $54 in insurance on my rental because it was not completed on 3/24 due to the business hours and being closed Sunday. I should not have had to pay the extra 3 days for insurance when I was told in writing it would be ready on 3/23. That was very disappointing.

As expected, everyone was very nice and professional. The Final product was great. Second time for repairs and shop. Observation: you guys really take your time to Richard perfection. Emphasis on time.

The car was returned gleaming and completely functional. Because there was hidden damage, it took a week longer than expected, but you seemed to be determined to do it right, so I can't complain. Jerry was very good on follow-up.

At appointment, met me at my car before I was even out of it. Had all paperwork ready, rental ready, and got me going quickly. Car was done within 2 days, and pick up was just as easy. All staff members courteous and professional.
