Getting a completion date was excrutiating-you overpromised and under-delivered. I felt you never had a good handle on when my car would be ready. If I had been told upfront how hard it would be to get parts I would have been prepared for the delays. I was told it would have been finished a week earlier than it was finished.

The staff was amazing, they are friendly and care about the customers and try to be as helpful as possible. Jerry the service representative went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. He patiently answered all our questions and concerns and communicated well keeping us up to date on the repair status. The service we received was exemplary from the time we walked in to completion the work. The car looks better than it did before the accident. Thanks for the excellent work and service.
