Battery was dead. When jumped to start, radio blasting music on different radio station. I think it was dead because of playing music on the radio while working on the car instead of sitting for repairs. I had to purchase a new battery from Honda.

The treatment I received by everyone I spoke with and dealt with could not have been better. Everyone from the receptionist when I first walked in to the young lady who drove my car to me when I picked it up after the repairs were extremely polite, courteous, professional & genuinely seemed to care about making the experience a pleasant one. And, I was very pleased with the work done on my car. It looks like a new car. Thank you, Barbara R

We are snowbirds from Indiana and wasn’t familiar with this type of business. However, we have absolutely nothing to complain about or make suggestions. We were treated great, staff team was helpful and took great care of us. We will always come back there from now on and recommend to others. A great honest business!

I was told to bring in my truck on Tuesday. Upon arriving I was told I wasn’t on the schedule. I had to wait more than an hour for them to find someone to help me. I rented a car and left. About 30 minutes later the female at the front desk called me to say I had not left them my keys. I left the keys with the service man who was checking out my truck. She said, are you sure you left them because we can’t find them. Then she says, oh here they are. How unprofessional and careless. The work on my truck was very satisfactory , but the service at this location is very poor. The women working the desk don’t seem to know what they’re doing. There were three of them behind the desk and one of those was playing on her cell phone.The estimated repair time was eight days. The actual time was 12 days which caused me to accrue additional rental fees. This is not a professional setting and I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends.
