Excellent customer service and the car looks great

There are quite of few details on the vehicle that got over looked when reinstalling the peieces and a quit of a few scratches still on there that didn't get replaced and or fixed. Also the buffing on the car needs to be buffed more there are many swirl marks. Also I don't know that the car was test driven bc it still isn't running promperly and making some sound! There was a lot of work to be done but I am Very happy with the customer service and the communication during the process and working with the company! Just looks like a few things we're over looked on the vehicle!

The vehicle was dropped off about a month and a half ago. I'm not sure if you're aware but the first time we were told the car was ready (about 2 or 3 weeks ago) it actually had a cracked windshield. We did not drop it off with a cracked windshield, it broke in the repair process. The person we met with tried to give it back to us in that condition and suggested that we file a second claim with our insurance for a cracked windshield, which we did not break. Prior to picking it up for the second time, we called to make sure it was ready. Then I called again to confirm that it was, in fact, ready. We got there to find the stereo was not working and the car was making a strange noise. Again, they tried to hand it off to us as is. My husband had to convince them to look into what was wrong. Finally they found the cause of the issue; the battery was dead. After waiting for 2 hours in your office, my husband spent 2 more hours going from place to place to fix the problem. The car died in the process. Finally he was able to get the battery serviced because it was still under warranty (not broken because it was "too old", as the technician suggested). Also our hood is still broken.

I had an excellent service experience with Jason Steuf. He kept me continually informed of the progress to my BMW. He ordered all necessary parts ahead of time to minimize any delays as he dealt with Elco Insurance. He approved extended rental car usage while we waited for the insurance adjuster to approve the supplements. The fit and finish of my repairs to my BMW look perfect.
