I pick up my Lexus at 555pm on Friday.As soon as I reached 35 mph it was obvious that something came loose.I returned and one of your car washers found the manager who test drove the car, heard the sound, and replaced the clip after hours.You have a great facility and excellent service.I will tell everyone who asks me how professionalisms they are. Tyler was fantastic in keeping me up to date on the coarse of my car repair. He was genuinely concerned that my car come back to me with everything fixed 100% and looking good. The work looks great and you can't even tell I was rear ended! I will definately go back to Hendricks Collision if it is needed in the future. And I will recommend Hendricks and Tyler to others!
