The process took much too long. We were without our vehicle for 9 days for what should have been a 3-4 day repair. The service rep, however did his best to keep communication with us.

The one small area which we wanted fixed and painted was not done properly. We were surprised that it wasn’t checked before we tried to pick up the car. However, we were happy not to drive over again to pick up the car since one of the associates drove the car to our home and returned the rental car.

I think a good idea would be, upon completion of the job, the customer would get a "free dinner voucher to say-- the Black Pearl in Dunedin! Nice!

Not satisfied at all. Man told me nothing was wrong and the whole front end of a 70000 truck was ok. Bolt pushed back a quarter of an inch in plain sight on the frame. 2018 GMC Denali 2500. ****

I am honestly blown away by the outstanding service I received here. I actually asked the gentleman who checked me out at the end if this was typical or I did something special to be treated so well. My car was hit by a Geico customer, but I felt like the red carpet was laid out for me. Absolutely amazing and I will recommend to anyone on the planet who needs body work.
