We question whether one of the parts which was paid for was, in fact, replaced. When we dropped off our car, it was in top running condition. After one night at your Collision Center, when we picked up the car, the battery was drained despite the fact the battery had been replaced at your Service Center only six months ago. None of our interactions with your Collision Center were pleasant from trying to schedule an appointment to being told the car was ready when it was not to picking up the car.
