I still have damage, poor communication, etc. I picked my car up early this morning, on our way to my Husbands Grandma's Funeral. When we stopped for gas, my brand new car is still damaged. I have let the insurance company know. I also sent Tyler a message hours ago, with no response. Just not a good experience.
