The service center is very efficient and everyone is very friendly. However, I would never bring my car back. My rear bumper was re-painted and the scratches buffed out. Everything was perfect except for a noticeable scratch on the left side of the bumper. It was very baffling since the QC sheet was signed off that everything was fixed on the bumper. I showed the employee when we were inspecting the car and he didn’t say anything. I just let it go since it was paid for through an insurance claim and it was a pre-existing scratch. Everything else looked very good.

It always is a nervous time but everyone was kind and helpful . It also was nice to have a rental car so quickly to keep your life as normal as possible. Very nice experience, I will mention this to my friends and family.

The installed the incorrect badge on the back of my vehicle. They removed the tint on my rear window and did not replace it with like tint. I now need to go back to have them do additional work.

Great service and attention. Got rental set and on my way in less than 5 minutes. Picked up my car, which I bought new in August, and it looked newer than new.You guys have this down to a science.

My car was cleaner than when i brought it in, even the interior!!! This visit far exceeded my expectations. Drop off was smooth as silk and my rental was already in the parking lot, so I was able to make it to work earlier than expected. Pick up was even easier. The folder with all my documents and business cards organized was a wonderful touch. Everyone was kind to speak to and quick. Thanks so much!
