The process was quick and easy. They went above and beyond my expectations of any collision repair center I’ve ever used before. I was informed throughout the entire process and they finished two days sooner than estimated. Five stars!!!

The team at Terry Labonte Chevrolet Collision Center go well beyond what would be expected. Friendly, professional and courteous staff. Frank and Tom are first class. This is the only Collision Center I would bring my vehicle to.

I wasn’t dissatisfied but it hasn’t been completed due to a back ordered part from Nissan. The bumper work looks great though and Jody was super helpful.

HC gave me an appointment right away. They gave me ride in the shuttle. Very courteous. They kept me informed every day through text on the progress. They finished on time. I got my car back in 5 minutes without having to wait.

The persons who spoke to us were very pleasant. They answered all my questions with accurate information. I was kept apprised as to the repairs being made. Lastly they walked to the car with us & explained how the repairs were made. The rental car gentleman was very pleasant & quite talkative. Good experience

Repair appears to be good but the car was hand washed and immaculate prior to being dropped off, but not clean when I picked it up. That wouldn't be so bad except my bill shows I was charged 25.00 for cleaning??
