I was amazed at the speed and quality of the repair. My truck looks just like the first day I drove it off the lot 6 months ago. I could not be more happy with everyone there, from the wonderful lady at the front desk, my representative Jody, to the exceptionally talented repair techs. Looks great! Courteous and friendly staff. The rental car was waiting when I dropped off my car and turned in rental where I picked up my car. Very convenient. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish, highly recommend Hendricks Collision for your automotive needs!

I called twice no returned my call. I asked if my signal lights were working I was assured by Joey they were. My car was hit on the right front so it is not aligned. Should an alignment be included. The outside of my car looks great Barbara D

I had repeated problems calling the Collision Center. Tried over a forty-five minute period (dialing every 3 minutes) to call only to get the recorded message to leave a message. This was both the receptionist and the assistant manager.
