The inside of the car was extremely dusty. It looked like some one took a cloth and just ran it over the top of the dash. Corners very dusty and a place on the front of the dash was so coated with gray dust no one could tell the color underneith, a small place about 4/5 inches but that small place sure told the story of how the car was cleaned. We now wonder about the fabric seats. The window on the door that was replaced wasn't even cleaned. The outside of the car looked wonderful and since we drove a short distance home we didn't notice
until Sun morning. We were amazed that you would return a car to an owner in this condition. We were unable to return this morning or we would have so you could see for yourself.

I was informed that I would be kept update on the progress of the repair and would be notified of any delays. On June 9, I received an email that it was 61% complete and on target for June 11 at 4:30 pm. On June 10, I received an email saying it was nearing completion and "If any delays, we will call you." On June 11 I received neither a call informing me of delays or a completion notice. We called to check the status prior to leaving work to pick up the car and found that it would not be complete until Friday afternoon and, in fact, a part had just come in on Thursday and it was being painted.
The emails indicated that my car was on schedule and nearly complete and promised a call if it was late. The person I spoke to when dropping it off assured me I would be notified if it was late; however, had we not called to check, we would have arrived to pick up the car (as we were led to believe it was on schedule for completion) when the car was not complete.
In summary, please ensure that you notify your customers of delays or refrain from promising notification you will not provide. This is a simple service that takes only a few seconds (to send an email) or perhaps a couple minutes (to call) and is a courtesy that most customers will expect.
