The door was not flush and had to be rehung...Had to leave it there when I was hoping to pick it up. The manager was very nice and is was corrected quickly, though.

To long on repairs was not ready when they said it was none of my windows work a part was stolen of my car now replaced but as of now half of my electrical don't work I am not pleased car was in shop for 42 days I will take to benz dealer to get electrical fixed

I was surprised that RHC stayed in touch with me almost on a daily basis to inform me of the progress of repairing my car. I was also surprised when I picked it up that it looked like a brand new car. I had only purchased the car 4 weeks prior to the accident. I was nervous about driving that car again, but Ryan put me completely at ease when he told me that I could bring the car back to RHC if I found anything out of order and, that the repairs are guanteed for as long as I own the car. Thank You RHC

My battery was dead when I got my car back. There was a brand new battery in it when they got it. There was also still evidence of where I had been rear ended (scratches). I will NEVER recommend this collision repair to anyone. I'm not sure I would even purchase a car from this dealership if this is the kind of shotty customer service I can expect. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANYONE CALL ME BECAUSE IT WILL NOT BE A PLEASANT CONVERSATION. I will be posting pictures and reviewing on multiple social media outlets and review sites because people should know about how to avoid this type of stress...especially after they have been rear ended and have children and a job to be concerned about! Thank you.

The GEICO Rep was unresponsive. And when I got to dealership, car was not ready. Bad customer service from Labonte and GEICO.
