I like the SMS updates. I was able to know what was going on with the repair. The only issue was a **** delay on my Challenger. I was not notified by the system. I had to call on the end of the day I was supposed to pick up the car and was told on the phone.

This repair was found to be incomplete and less than satisfactory. We had to have our vehicle towed to another shop where they are currently correctly repairing the damages that our insurance had paid Terry LeBonte to complete and for which we paid the deductible. The reviews online of your facility should have been warning to us to go elsewhere but our repair was set up through our vehicle insurance.

My adjuster is always on point. I have to use USAA car insurance more often than most and every time I am there my adjuster makes me feel like I am his only customer and the attention to detail on the repair is second to none.

Didn't receive the vehicle back as when they said I would receive it. My front license plate was put on upside down so I have to come back and get them to put it back on correctly.
