The sound coming from the front drivers side that I expressed concerns about wasn't addressed. My car is now pulling to the right, when I was told that my car would get a 4 wheel alignment. My grill on the bottom is not painted silver like it was before I brought my car in for repairs. Today when I got in my car there was sign hanging on my rearview mirror stating that Darrin Gilpin had personally inspected my vehicle, which had to be fabricated because my vehicle wasn't finished Monday and Farron Gilpin was out today with surgery and won't return until Monday November the 13th.So with my car not being done correct the first time and the blatant lie saying that Farron Gilpin personally inspected my vehicle. I don't feel confident that I can get and honest good job done at Terry Labonte Collision Center.

I was satisfied with the repairs however the inside was not wiped down at all. The interior is black and the entire passenger back seat/front seat and doors were covered in white residue. Would’ve been nice to have wiped that down before delivering my car back to me.

The repairs look great! I can't even tell its been in an accident. Customer service was excellent and car was ready on the estimated date. I liked receiving the email updates while car was being repaired so I knew you all were on track.

Communication seems to be a problem. The guy who oversaw my repair admitted the insurance wanted to total my vehicle. I wasn't asked at all how I felt about repair vs totaling. In all honesty I'd rather have had the money for a down payment on a new Traverse. Then, no one called when my car was ready. I got an email but when I called to confirm my car was ready, (it was 430 on a Wednesday) I got voicemail. I left a message. No one called me back. The rental car place asked for the car back Thursday. So I returned it. Hoping my van was ready since I had called again and left a message on Thursday with no response. Friday afternoon I went to pick up my car. If was ready. But no one told me I was supposed to be bringing a check from the insurance company. I didn't receive a check. This would have been nice to get a call about. But instead they made me sit there while they called the insurance company. Again, if they'd told me I could have straightened everything out before I got there. I waited 2 hours. I had to reschedule 2 other appointments. Then I finally get my car. The rain guard above the window wasn't put back on properly. So I got to pull over on the side of the highway to fix it. Cars going past me at 70-80 mph.
