The bumper cover was replaced & damaged when I picked the car up. I had to go find my car opposed to a representative accompanying me to it. I feel like the damage was known & didn't want to be properly dealt with.

When the technition installed the back up sensors, he scratched the paint on every one of them. He could have taped them off and painted them to fix them but they just left them scratched up. I couldn't leave it but I planned to call about it next week.

I live in Candler, NC west of Asheville. I used to live in Kernersville and have had my cars repaired at this shop before. Terry Labonte”s Center is the best repair center in the state!! Keep up the good work! Thank you! That is why I drove 3 ****/2 hours to have my car repaired at your shop!!
