It took forever! My car was in the shop for a month. I did not get frequent updates. I had to call to receive updates. Paul was very inconsiderate. I explained to him that I am moving out of state permanently and I needed my car before that date. I barely received my car before my move date. He really didn’t care to help or understand my situation.This was the worst experience ever.

At delivery the bodywork was poor in one area. The manager agreed to have it corrected and did so promptly. After the rework I am satisfied. The technician simply passed a very obvious flaw and should have paid more attention and/or care. I am pleased with the managers corrective action.

A) the original communicated puck up date was one day overdue, without letting me know.
B) the initial cost was calculated wrong by a good 25% - if i woukd have gotten to an independent repair shop, i would have had to cover the extra cost (happenend now the 2nd time, so hard to believe, that it is an mistake)
C) during instepction, a part is still broken and will need to be repaired - so far nobody reach out to me when this will be done, even afyer i contacted the representative (Paul Hoffman)
So, no, the service is not good and in my opinion needs a lot of improvement.
I will contact USAA today to discuss further steps this regards.
