Your team (especially ****) did a fine job. We know that after a car is wrecked, it is never the same; which is the case with the GMC. When we hit a bump or rough spot in the road, there is a new rattle in the wheel axle area were the repair was made. Hopefully the car is safe. Thanks

Chad was a great contact to have through the process; even making an adjustment on the car door before we left was incredibly kind. The end result of how it looked was amazing! Now that we’ve gone through this situation with your company, a call after initially dropping off would’ve been helpful to adjust the time frame based on what was found after starting the work (ie we were told 3-5 days when dropping off on a Monday; I called in on Tuesday afternoon since hadn’t heard if it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday and was told it definitely would be at least Friday). It would’ve been helpful to either get a phone call, email or text as to the status along the way in order to adjust our schedule to arrange drop off of our rental and pick up of the car.
