It took longer than expected and the rear bumper on my sons car was not up to standard. I knew they weren’t replacing the bumper but I didn’t know they weren’t going to paint the left side and buff and blend it. My wife and son picked up the vehicle but if I had they would have had to paint the bumper. I do appreciate Hendrick paying for the extra 4 Days I had to keep the rental but then again you kept it longer than you said you would. Probably wouldn’t use you again.

Tracey did a great job of assessing the vehicle and explaining the process on our initial visit. Hendrick kept us informed of schedule, and everyone there appeared to know their job and did it efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was congenial and made me feel welcomed.
