It took them forever to give me a quote for my windshield and I finally gave up on it. They also charged me 180 dollars for putting a clip and did not even fix the light.

Still in progress, bumper problem. Poor communication, supply chain issues( not really Hendrick criticism), went in for 5 days, came out 2 ****/2 weeks, just disappointed

Matthew Darrington was great to work with on a challenging situation with my insurance company. He gave great advice that had my best interests in mind. The only improvement suggestion would be to figure out why I wasn't able to receive the text notifications. Something was wrong with the software system that prevented me from getting the automated updates he was trying to send.

First I had to call back to after waiting for someone to get back to me to even get my car scheduled for repairs and then it was suppose to be take a week and be done on Friday and it was not done until Monday and again I had to call back to see when I could pick it up. And after all that and now 3 weeks after picking my car up I was being hounded by the rental company to return the car that I was told to leave at the dealer and they would call the rental company and have them pick it up. Total lack of communication and very disappointed.
