Worst company ever. Would never take my car here EVER AGAIN. You fixed the outer damage of my car, but the internal damage is still there. The battery isn’t bolted and the rattling sound is even worse. On top of that, my drivers seat floor is now ripped. Then when I call the insurance company to get another rental, they tell me that Hendricks staff says it’s due to wear and tear and not the accident. **** y’all! I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

When I was first given the date for the final repairs to be completed..I was overwhelmed. I didn't think it should take that long. You finished the work about 5 days earlier than expected. So I was not prepared to come pick up my car and had to wait until I could change the arrangements. I greatly appreciated the text and the updates but would have liked to have a sentence to tell me that it looked like the work would be completed earlier than expected. I was told what was being done to my car which was great but a time frame would have been helpful to me. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and having my car washed was a great surprise. The work was perfect!

I had an issue at check out. While I was reaching for my credit card, the front desk team member asked for the check the insurance company had sent to our home. I asked her why I would bring Hendrick Collision a check that was made payable to my husband? She then proceeded to tell me that they could not release my vehicle without the check. Her statement was ridiculous and I had to repeat the aforementioned question as I handed her my credit card.

Thanks for the outstanding job that the Gwinnett Place Honda team did on my son’s 2016 Honda Civic. Job was completed before the expected due date which was great and convenient. The car looks even better than the original. Thanks for keeping us up to date on the progress and the great communication. Hendricks Collision is second to NONE! Their customer service is Amazing! They called me 3x a week giving me detailed updates re: the status of my repairs. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. I knew exactly what was going on with the car. The repairs were completed on time! My Honda looks brand new! I will refer Hendricks to ANYONE! I am completely satisfied!!! Great, impeccable customer service!!! The lady who called me 3x a week needs a raise!!!
