USAA and Hendrick Collision both must realize they have the best rep they could hire to represent their company. He is. Honest and concerned about his customers. He gives you the feeling that he truly cares, not very common these days with car care. Fortunately for me and my family this Honda dealership and Hendrick Collision are a great fit. Y’all did an excellent job. It was completed in a timely manner and driving out of the parking lot it felt like my car was brand new again. Andrew did a great job at communicating through every step of the process and even going the extra mile when I found that I had left things in the car that I needed to come back and get. I would highly recommend Hendrick Collision to anyone that needs repair work done. The staff was super friendly and the process was easier than I thought possible.

I was extremely satisfied with your service. I liked that your company texted me how much job is done on my car (f.e. 60% job on your car is done,etc...). The car was finished on time as your center promised me. I have to say Mr. Matt Paolini provided excellent service. I was very happy with his customer service.

The moment that my car arrived at the collision center I received the best treatment. Every team member that I encountered was friendly and nice. Matt was very detailed with the repairs. He made me feel comfortable with the repairs process. My car looked absolutely wonderful when I picked it. It looked like a brand new car all over again. I was extremely pleased with my experience.
