Car looks great, but text messages said car would be ready on 9/25 but wasn’t. No one called even though txt said someone would. I called the next day and was told car would be ready by eod. Made arrangements to pick car up 9/25, was inconvenienced.

There are some employee(s) that are truly representative of there employer and I find one of those in your company - Stern Lynch. Stern demonstrated above and beyond customer service to me and he showed great concern to my need. Stern was easy to talk to and he listened very attentively and responds very positively. When I picked up my vehicle, the car would not crank as it did before. It appears my car was left on without the engine running and drained my battery. I also noticed the paint on the front of my hood has chipped Mark's that was not there when I dropped it off. I need both issues resolved.
