While my car was under there care , cars was broken into and stolen . My car happen to be one of them . They didn’t not tell me . I eventually went to pick my car up and noticed how messy it was ,like someone had ramshacked my vehicle. I also noticed items was missing . I then called them and they then clarified what happened. It has been months I been emailing and calling about my things being replaced that they said they would replace but NOTHING has been replaced . That’s so unprofessional. I don’t know whether it’s to late to make a police report of not but I will look into it .

Hendrick was patient and extremely professional. The insurance company was a total nightmare to deal with however Hendrick made sure that my car looked like it did the day I purchased it. I can only see myself using Hendrick in the future.

My car is making a noise I believe the turn around to fix my car was rushed what was projected to be 9 days took then 3. Ive had my boyfriend take my car back up there and they test drove it so they know something is wrong said they would order a part and call me still waiting on that call. But will call back first thing Monday morning

I had to wait more than one month to get my car fixed, and then I had to go back because they forgot to install new car emblems, that concerned me because that's what I'm able to see, not sure if what I can't see is all there.
