Very efficient and kept me informed on when my car would be ready. Everyone was nice and professional. Very good experience. I loved having the enterprise person there ready to take me to enterprise on the day I dropped my vehicle off. Then, when I returned, it was convenient to leave the rental car at the collision center and they took care of everything.

Jerod’s repair work was superb, and his professionalism and cooperation was appreciated. He is a fine representative of Hendrick Collision. I live several hours from Concord and he and the office staff were helpful in scheduling repair work and notification of the car rental agency. Overall, it was an A+ experience.

I just realized my back window tint was not replaced. My car came standard with tint when I purchased it. My window was smashed in the accident and it was replaced but the tint wasn't put back on. Other than that, it went well
