Everyone is so polite and professional. I was addressed as Ms. Lucas which is more formal than I'm used to but I like it, it's just professional. Stan Lynch is great; he's friendly and helpful. You have excellent customer service.

Everything seems to be done correctly so far and would like to thank the writer for delivery of the vehicle. The inside of the vehicle could have been cleaner and whoever redid the pinstripe tape left small cut pieces of tape in between the front door and the fender but other than that everything looked good.

While I was completely satisified with onsite personnel, email messages were often misleading. I also thought the time (about 10 days!) was too long for job completion. Overall, I was and remain satisified with the service received. Thank you.

I would recommend improving the customer interface with Enterprise Car Rental. Hendrick is completely professional, warm , and engaging, helpful. Enterprise did not impress but was, instead, rather mechanical and disinterested. What a contrast! The Hendrick staff and quality of work was great. Thanks.
