Everyone was so helpful and very nice that I talked with. My customer service contact Jerod Faggart was so wonderful and wanted to go that extra mile to ensure my experience was outstanding. What a great employee you have with him! He was very knowledgeable about my car which made me feel confident that the repairs would be done correctly. I have my vehicle now, so there is no need for follow up. My dissatisfaction comes from the amount of time that it took for the repair vs the amount of time I was quoted for the repair. I was quoted for 5 days and the repairs took 21 days, after I complained about the length of time for repair. I was given a loaner car for the 3rd week of the repair and I am very appreciative of that because I had to get to work and had already came out of pocket for 2 weeks worth of rental cars. I also had to return to the shop to have the tire resealed because it began losing air right after I drove it off the lot. I put more air in the tire that night but it was low again the next morning and I nearly had a blow out on the way back to the collision center to get it resealed.(The tire made a loud pop on the way when the seal broke and was near completely flat when I pulled into the parking lot!!!) Again I do not believe there is anything that can be done at this point to make me more satisfied short of refunding my deductible that will make me satisfied with the experience. As far as the repair itself goes, the car looks good, all of the paint matches and everything so far seems to be in place so after all that I am currently satisfied with the repair. I just had a poor overall experience.

The process took longer than anticipated, there were updates but the communication about my car was hard via mobile. After picking up my car the service men who worked on it threw my personal items in my trunk all over the place. I had to rearrange my trunk and double check to see if anything wasn’t broken because of how my items were placed in my trunk. They did a good job on the repairs but the after works was not as satisfactory. Very disappointed with how they mis-treated my vehicle.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the second I walked in the door. I appreciated the calls and updates while my car was being repaired. My car looks good as new. I also REALLY appreciated the fact that they cleaned up the inside of my car before returning it to me.

Took four weeks to get repaires done that I was told would take two weeks. Cost me additional funds for a rental vehicle. Not to mention my wife’s Camaro was there at the same time as my Silverado for a repair we were told would take a week and was there almost three weeks!

Experience was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and my car came out beautiful like it was never hit.
