Steve was extremely professional and kept me updated on the process. He created a phenomenal experience for me. I was very displeased with the receptionists at the front desk. They were not friendly and didn’t greet me during the three times I visited the facility.

Michael was very professional to work with. The quality of the work was excellent I hope I do not have to use a collision center again but if I do I want to use Hendrick I would also recommend them to anyone needing repair work.

Lots of things went wrong and it was not a satisfying experience all together. Garry is a great guy and did everything he possibly could but all in all just nothing went smoothly from the time I tried to drop off my car until I picked it up for the second time. There is still an issue but I left because I couldn't wait around any longer. I am happy though about the body work. Looks great.

It’s took me two weeks just to get a appointment scheduled . I called and had to leave a voice mail for the lady who worked with my insurance 3 times. I finally got upset and asked for a manager, she was magically available then. Maybe have more then one lady who is never available work on farm buro insurance.

Gary was a great help from the time we brought the car in to be assessed He kept in contact daily of the progress of our car I made sure that we were satisfied before we live with the repairs done on the car The staff was friendly from the secretary to the enterprise worker
